[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Unfair 4G billing - feeling of getting cheated | |||||
I was using 999 unlimited plan. I was satisfied by the service provided in 3G. I was informed to change it to reliance 4G and said there will not be any changes in plans. So I purchased the new 4g dongle. It took a very long time for the 4G Device to work. Meanwhile, I was asked to pay bill for the non working 3G modem. When I contacted the customer care, they gave wavier. Now again I got a bill of Rs.2504. When I contacted customer care, they said that I have been migrated to some 4G plan. so the bill is more. They said that they have sent a mail regarding the same. I have searched my mail box and I didn't even receive any mails regarding it. Without intimation they have changed my plan and asking me to pay the bill by 23rd September. They have disconnected the services to my number. They also did not provide 10gb free data on migrating as promised. This is the second complaint I'm making regarding this issue. The complaint was answered that the company has already waived the amount and will not wave again. The person who spoke didn't even respect. I wish to waive my bill off. Please do the needful. They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call & billing section will call us daily for paying the bill generated after deactivation .Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY
Thousands of poor people are being harassed and cheated by Reliance . We should unite and move together against this FRAUD COMPANY .
