[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Unfair billing and very poor service | |||
I have been using Reliance cdma form last 7 years but unfortunately cdma services stoped and my number transfer into gsm 4g when I ask abt plan they said ur 397 plan is same and has unlimited local and std and data is 5gb 4g after few months my plan automatically changed that to without my information or informing me they billed me of 3600/-rs. From last 15days im going to ur store to sought out this matter and have complaint on 198 so many time no one is giving proper answer. My incoming are also barred this is my business number and it is affecting my business now. Was this information helpful? | |||
