[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Unfair trade practice | |||
Dear sir, My name is ashish gupta and i am a consumer of your prepaid mobile consumer my mobile no. Is [protected], I recharge my mobile of rs. 19/- stv19, all calls 20pm in 90 days on 26/04/2017 for 90 days rs. 19/-, After that recharge i received 2 sms from your side 01. "dear customer, your account has been recharge with rs..01, amount payable is rs. 19/- thank you, reliance" and 02. " conguralation! Stv19 has been successfully activated on your phone. Thank you reliance. After that charge deducted from my mobile 20pm but last 2 days from 01/03/2017 i found your company deducted 30pm from my mobile. Now today your company charge rs. 1.20 pm, this is very unfair trade practice, in this situation i am plant to switch and port my number to other service provider.
