Reliance Communications — Unjust balance deduction | |||||
I, yesterday (5th June, 2016) recharged my mobile phone with Reliance GSM service with Rs. 74. This recharge is supposed to give me Rs 50 TT along with local calls at 25 paise per minute, STD at 30 paise per minute for 120 days and 250 MB 3G data for 30 days according to the SMS that I received from Reliance after the said recharge. When I recharged yesterday, the balance on my phone was Rs. 72. After that I made a call which lasted for 10 minutes which should deduct Rs. 2.5 from my balance. Now I see that my balance is only Rs. 32.331! I am not getting any benefit of the said recharge. Moreover my balance of Rs.37.5 has been deducted which is unjust. I request Reliance Communication to refund my balance and provide the benefits that I am supposed to get due to the said recharge. Was this information helpful? | |||||
