[Resolved] Reliance Communications — unlimited Internet fraud | |
Dear sir,
My name is Tony Sachin and my reliance gsm number is [protected] .
I am from karnataka . On June 3rd I activated unlimited 2g internet pack of 296 after making sure from reliance customer care was unlimited and had no terms and conditions. For making it sure I enquired from two of your executives . They told the same which I have on record . Now after about a month and 6 days I was not able to access Internet . When enquired they told me that the data balance on my pack has been over. Was this information helpful? | |
