[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — unnecessary balance deduction and harrasment

reliance service has always deducted balance for VAS which activate on their own. Every time we need to call customer are for deactivation of those VASand refund of our balance. Few weeks back, another VAS Techzone got activated and deducted re1. The amount not being very significant, I ignored it a few time. When they started deducting balance every few days for this VAS, I contacted and the customer service on the 31st oct 2014 and my balance was refunded for the latest VAS that had been activated. The customer care executive then mentioned that I could get these VAS deactivated by sending a STOP message to no. 121 and my balance would be refunded. I repeatedly asked if even the balance would get refunded and i was assured it would be. In spite of this, again on 1) 02nd nov 2014, when my balance was deducted for TechZone VAS and I messaged in 121 to STOP the VAS, I was given the following reply- "internal server error". 2) on 06th nov 2014 again TechZone VAS was activated and balnce deducted. When I messaged STOP to 121, i was given the following reply - "Dear customer, you are not subscribed to any VAS packs. To know about top VAS packs SMS START to 121" 3) on 10th nov 2014, another VAS USSD service was automatically activated and Rs 3 was deducted. 4) today dated 17th nov 2014, VAS Techzone was activated at 12;42pm and Rs 5 was deducted. I called 198 customer care service at 12;49pm to deactivate the service and refund of balance, but i was told by a male customer care executive that due to system upgrade they can not do anything and I should call after half an hour. I tried calling again numerous times but the call was disconnected. I was again able to connect with the customer care service at 17;05pm and again another female customer care executive told that their system is upgrading and I should call after half an hour. I told them to note down my no. and refund the balance whenever their system was done upgrading to which the executive just said "ok". When I called again at 19:10pm to ask why my balance had not been refunded yet, the female customer care executive hung up the call. i am attaching screenshot image of the SMS received by me from reliance service.
