I purchased a new sim mob. No. [protected] on 13/04/15 and I got a balance of rs70 with 300mb data/month for 3 months. I never make a voice call or message from this sim but when I checked my balance today reliance deducted 64rs from my main balance and it was showing 6rs balance. When I contacted the customer care executive they refused to refund my balance. This was shocking experience with reliance service. So kindly refund my balance so that I should continue with reliance.
