[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Unnecessary balance deduction & callous attitude of customer care representatives | |||||
I am highly highly disappointed by the services reliance communication is providing. Just for the sake of brand loyalty i changed my number thrice sticking to the same network (Reliance) but the problem remains same. I really can't understand how and why unnecessary services gets activated on their own and balance gets deducted. Whenever i try to contact customer care executives either they are not reachable, or they fail to resolve my issues. Now they have figured out a new way to trick the customers. On the name of transferring calls to authorities they put us in hold and return back. We stupidly continue to listen hopefully to computed voice saying "all oir customer care executives are busy plz stay on line, your call is important to us" but even after the wait of about half hour nobody bothers to check that someone is waiting with extreme patience. I would like to mention some names whom i spoke with in the last one week but none of them resolvedy issue and trtried to trtrick me in thr above mentioned manner.
