[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Unnecessary Balance deductions. | |||
I'm using reliance prepaid sim from more than 6 months now and recently from last 2 months there has been a continuous 30/- per month deduction in my main balance for the services I have never subscribed. This isn't a good practice and resolve it as soon as possible. Such deductions are not valid at all. Look into the matter and contact me as soon as possible. Mar 31, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Got a call from some representative gave him details of deductions. After asking for credit card details which I denied to provide, he got furious and stopped talking in proper tone. So, I disconnected the call. But to my surprise, I got my deductions waived off successfully. Thank you. Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
