[Resolved] Reliance Communications — unnecessary deduction of about rs 500 from my account | |||||
Dear reliance, I am just fed up with the kind of service u have. Directly, coming to the point.. I have recharged my account on 13th for rs 80, then again rs 80 on 16th, then for rs 150 on 20th, for rs 50 on 21st and finally rs 50 on 24th. But to my surprise, all the balance got deducted. When i enquired for the same the customer care guy/lady is saying we are unable to check and register ur complaint as portal is not working. The worst part is that i have called up for about 10 to 15 times for this but in vain. Every time they are saying please call after 2 hours. Please let me know when this 2 hour waiting facility will be over. Do the company has asked to deduct the balance and give the same reply to every customer so that ultimately we do not have any resolution. Request to please get the same resolved and return the money at the earliest as there has to be a level of frustration. Please understand so that u do not loose customers bcoz of such silly reasons Was this information helpful? | |||||
