[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Unnecessary deduction of amount from main balance

Today dtd:[protected] i called to reliance cell. No:[protected] (Reliance number) from my reliance cell. No:[protected] at 18:04 & had discussion of two minutes only. Before calling i have main balance of rs.206.83/- after 2 minutes rs.200/ has been deducted from main balance which is not fare & injustice. Where as i have already recharged a pack o[censored]nlimited calls i. E. Reliance to reliance free.

Updated by GPM Today dtd:[protected] I called to a reliance cell.no:[protected] from my reliance cell.no:[protected] at 18:04 & had discussion of two minutes only.Before calling I have main balance of Rs.206.83/- and after 2 minutes of discussion the amount deducted from main balance is Rs.200/ the same snap shot is attached with this complaint.which has made me surprise and even an international call will not charge 200/ for only two minutes this nothing just Looooooooooooting of a customer which is not fare & it is injustice. Where as I have already recharged a pack o[censored]nlimited calls i.e.Reliance to Reliance free.
