[Resolved] Reliance Communications — unnecessary deduction of balance | |||
Myself ramakant mishra resident of jajnjgir chhattisgarh. My mobile no is [protected]. From last some days my balance was deducted unnecessarily. Kindly refund the balance deducted and stop if any service activated on my mobile number as i have not entertained any vas from reilance and neither interested to avail those services. Sir i had deducted my main balance 10 rupees without any reason for the number [protected]. i was trying to speak with customercare but my call is not able to connect to them so please solve my problem
I am using reliance postpaid service.
But my last billing details shows advance monthly rental charges. Charges for period[protected] to[protected]. The bill cycle which is yet to come. I have opted for postpaid services. So how can company force me to pay for advance charges and on what basis was the calculation of advance charges made.
