[Resolved] Reliance Communications — unnecessary deduction of main balance | |
It's been more than a month now that reliance communications has been deducting money from my main balance. Every time i do a recharge my main balance is being unnecessary deducted and it becomes nil within a day if i have recharged for amounts like rs 10 and rs 20. If i do a recharge of rs 80 or rs 100 it takes less than two days for my balance to become nil. I don't know why they are charging me. Their customer service is of no help as no one is available to listen to my complaint. I have been a reliance customer for more than 3 years. My phone number is linked with various things and it will be a problem to deactivate it. I would prefer to change my service provider but i have recharged my internet connection for 6 months. So changing my service provider is also not a feasible option. I would like my balances to be compensated. Please do look into this matter.
