[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Unnecessary deduction on balance from Account | |||
I have received message at night 12.31 that you have been successsfully subscribed to INTELGAMESUB21 service for 7 days & my balace of Rs. 21 is straight way deducted by the company which was not subscribed by me & it is Companies fault. This is not the way to earn money by harrasing the customers & also I am not able to connect call with Customer care to ask them to refund me the balance deducted. Was this information helpful? | |||
