Reliance Communications — unnecessary deductions-Declaring complaint resloved without doing anything | |||
I, Piyush sharma, have reliance CDMA no [protected]. I have recharged it with online recharge payment of Rs.95 on 17/05/2014 21:19:44 and receipt id is AMIR54901441. I want to inform you that around 60 Rupees has been deducted from my account a day after recharge, when contacted to customer care (Mr. Ganesh) they told me it is because of net use, as I told them further I have already 123 Rupees 3G pack active on my mobile he finally agreed to take my complaint after pursuing me a lot not to register it and even told me it happens it’s not a big deal and adjust this time will not happen again etc. On 19th May, 2014 I received a message Dear customer your SR No.[protected] has been resolved, but I didn’t get any balance in my account, again when contacted with customer care regarding the same they are neither picking up my call or putting my call on hold by making excuse of checking details.
