[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Unnecessary disturbance to consumer | |
Whenever payment of bill is about to due, we get reminder before doing any outgoing calls that your bill payment is due on so date and also via sms that your bill payment is due on so and so date. Why then customer representative keep on doing calls two times in a day that your bill payment is about to due and keep on disturbing customer.
