These are the mails that I have sent them but with no reply from their side for more than a month. All my concerns have been properly pointed out in these series of mails. Please have a look at these mails for better clarifications regarding the incident
Hi,
With reference to the trailing mail and Despite numerous attempts to reach you through various forums, i have been stranded for a month now without any solutions. If my this mail is also not addressed, I have to ultimately take the course of law and file a consumer complaint.
I have never seen or experienced such attitude towards customers in any services I have taken so far.

I have never seen such lacklustre approach from any company so far. Despite trying numerous time to your customer care helpline without getting any assistance I thought this would be best way my problem could addressed. You have again disappointed me.
I am just amazed how can one who claims to give unparalleled service to a customer can have such attitude.
Its a request to please try and resolve this other wise going to the consumer forum would be the last option that I would have.
