[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Unprofessional behaviour

Have been to reliance customer care store near bahadur pura today at 5pm.. The person who is there at store to address the queries was behaving so rude, unprofessional and in illiterate way. And when i asked above solving my concern, he ordered to walk out of store and yelled by saying will not do anything. This kept me for a surprise how illiterate folks can be kept to address customers queries?? Such a shame for reliance!! (Attached is the photo of store) Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
