Reliance Communications — Unrequired/Unrequested VAS services charges applicable on [protected]

Hi, I have Reliance GSM prepaid connection (No. [protected]) and I am getting charged for some VAS services which I do not ask or request to subscribe. I am trying to call customer care but could not reach a single time from pas 3 days. I can not understand what the hell is going on. No one is responsible enough to take care of their customers, to listen their problems. Charges are deducted day by day. Please refer the attached screenshot for your further assistance. I put an email too on customer care email id ([protected]@relianceada.com) as attached below but I am not getting any response. I request you to please look into this. Some VAS(Techzone) GSM and VAS(VideoStore) charged messages are received but I have not activated/requested anyone for the same. 4INR has been charged till yet.I request you to please deactivate such service and refund the deducted amount and any other amount if deducts during the conversation. I am/will not be liable to pay such unrequested service.Also, I get so many alerts the whole day. Please do not disturb with such alerts and deactivate the same as well. You can refer the complaints IDs of past complaints (c1035545 and c1010995).

120 INR has been charged till yet within 2 weeks.I request you to please deactivate such service
and refund the deducted amount and any other amount if deducts during
the conversation.
I am/will not be liable to pay such unrequested
service.Also, I get so many alerts the whole day. Please do not disturb
with such alerts and deactivate the same as well.
