Hi,
I have Reliance GSM prepaid connection (No. [protected]) and I am getting charged for some VAS services which I do not ask or request to subscribe. I am trying to call customer care but could not reach a single time from past 2 days. This is for the 3rd time I am writing to you guys to stop this and I am very disappointed
because of deductions in my balance within an interval of time. Some VAS(Techzone) GSM and VAS(VideoStore)
charged messages are received but I have not activated/requested anyone for the same.
You can refer the complaints IDs of past complaints (c1035545 and c1010995).
120 INR has been charged till yet within 2 weeks.I request you to please deactivate such service
and refund the deducted amount and any other amount if deducts during
the conversation.
I am/will not be liable to pay such unrequested
service.Also, I get so many alerts the whole day. Please do not disturb
with such alerts and deactivate the same as well.
Hope I will get a positive response soon.
