[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Unresolved previous complaints - unable to reach customer care and net not working since 3rd October 2015 | |||
I have numerous unresolved complaints within this sites itself. All Reliance ever does is respond initially (only for namesake) and then do not follow up. I currently use a Thunder1099 plan from Reliance Communication and my account number is[protected]. My connection is not working for the since 3rd October 2015. I am not allowed to log in itself. It states that "the username and password combination does not match." This is not the first time this same particular issue has risen. However the last time, the issue was resolved in 3 days time stating a server issue. This time however, it has been so for a month and since the 3rd of October i have not been able to reach Reliance customer care to even raise a complaint. Each time i call the customer care number, The call gets transferred to the executive and the executive picks up the call and instantly disconnects it. This is happened 7 to 9 times everyday since the 3rd October 2015. I need an executive to contact me directly at [protected] (after 5pm). This is not my first complaint. My previous complaints have not been resolved from Reliance Communications as well.I need a compensation for the month i have not been able to use the broadband connection. What good is a connection if you cannot use it?? This will be the last time with Reliance Communication. Was this information helpful? | |||

On numerous calls to customer care not one single employee helped out. One employee in particular, (call placed today 17th November 2015 at around 6.45pm, and executive name is Vishakh), the executive terminated the existing internet connection without any agreement from my side and just bluntly cut the call! I have no internet connection since 3rd October 2015. What is the point of paying for the connection when in reality there is no internet connection? I need a clear cut compensation for the period i am unable to use the internet connection due to a fault at Reliance Communications.
