Re: message from one irfan of reliance com. To pay caf charge of rs.1649/-. I am getting frequent messages from above-named person to pay rs. 1649/- as caf charges otherwise to be present at pune lok adalat. The funny thing is that i don't have any reliance connection whatsoever. Moreover, if there is any such lapse from my side, it is incumbent on the customer care to call / email, and not just keep sending such funny messages. It just goes to show that the name of a reputed company like reliance is being used for malpractices. If this is the plight of one of india's biggest companies, i wonder what must be the case with the rest. I think it is high-time that the reliance customer care did something about it and ensurensure that this harassment of its prospective customers stops at once. Kindly take stringent action against the culprits at the earliest. Regards, A dogra. Was this information helpful? | |
