Dear sir/madam
I ported my no. From idea to reliance postpaid in apr'17 likin ur offers. Later i got cal offerin 2nd sim for free. Wen i enquired if i hd to pay only if i use it d sales rep acknowledged d same. D sim ws delivered to my maid as i m out of station. Nw m receiving cals asking to pay d bil for d sim which i hvn't used. I ws unaware dat postpaid sim wil b charged even i[censored]nused. D sales rep shud hv guided me properly wen i enquired abt d payment failin which m forced to pay bil for unused sim. M totally unhapy wit dis incident. I feel i hv been cheated. Kindly luk into d mater n block my second sim. My primary no. Is [protected]... D 2nd unused no. Is [protected]... Kindly do d needful or i hv to switch over to sum oder network... Tq... Regards... Dear sir/madam...ystrde i hd mailed u regarding unused postpaid sim being charged.immediately i got a cal at 7.23pm frm unknown no. enquiring regardin d problem.d person said i need not pay d bil n d sim wud b cancelled bt i hv to pay rs. 10 for which he asked my credit/debit card details.on refusing d same he spoke very rudely n asked me to pay d bill.i hope its not ur customer care rep whose behaviour is totally unacceptable.pls solve my prob n luk into d matter...regards...priya
