[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Unwanted deduction on balance from my account

I have an unwanted deduction of balance from my account from two months. when i recharge the number the balance is automatically deducted from my account without any information. i dont activate any service on my number. when i try to call customer care i fail. please tell me why i have deduction of my balance from my account. i am a regular user of reliance but a few months i face many problems when i need a balance to call there is no balance in my account and i am not able to call. please solve my6 problem .i am very thankful to you.
