I have been using Reliance number [protected] for quite some time now.But in past 2-3 months in every week some balance is deducted for random VAS like VAS TechZone, VAS ErosGSM which i never subscribed.I complained several times through email and their customer care executive for the same reason, and they used to refund the amount .But from last few days they have stopped responding to emails and i can't reach to customer executive.This situation is really annoying and i need money refunded and all the VAS subscription stopped.

Updated by Amit Jha I got response from the customer service team and the matter was resolved for that time, but again same thing happened and in past two days Rs13.50 has been deducted from my main balance for various VAS .I Never applied for these VAS.
Apart from the refund i need one time solution for this balance deduction in every week.I will give the details of the various deduction from balance for these unwanted VAS.
