Reliance Communications — Unwanted Hello Tune Subscription Charges | |||
It has been more than 9 months I have unsubsidised the Caller Tune on my Mobile Number [protected]. Today I received a SMS about charges being Charged for monthly Subscription of Caller Tune. I called the Customer Care and they informed me about the caller tune subscription active Now this is beyond my understanding how Reliance Communications activates the Caller Tune Subscription without any consent of the Customer. Did The Team received any call from my side for activating the Caller Tune Subscription. Will a person apply for activating the caller Tune Subscription and not the caller tune. Without any caller Tune in my library I have been paying an additional charge of Rs 30 Every Month. Need proper Justification on this from Reliance Communication.
