[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Unwanted subscription without any consent | |||||
My reliance gsm no. [removed] has been subscribed to ndtvplaysub21, ndtvglamsub30 and shotforbiscsub60 just right now in one evening consecutively without any consent of mine. I'm so annoyed i just recharged for 200 today and so much balance have been deducted already. This kind of service is very, very irritating. Dec 20, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved I received a call from a Reliance Customer Care agent. After confirming the details regarding complaint(i.e date, amt, etc). I was told my query shall be resolved within 6 hours. Though it took over a day. I got a message regarding my waiver paid back to my balance.
