I am a reliance gsm customer with mobile no. [protected]. I tried several times to get UPC code to port out, but every time when I am sending message "PORT [protected]" TO 1900, I receive a message that service is temporarily not available. I m trying it from last three month, but in vain.
I register complaint on 12/02/2016, 21/02/2016, 23/04/2016 and received a message that complaint is resolved. But still I am not getting my UPC code and the problem remain the same.
Kindly do needful in it.
I register complaints many times as given below, but in vain:
1) on 12/02/2016
2) on 21/04/2016
3) on 23/04/[protected]
4) on 23/04/[protected]
This is totally a perfect example of misguidance and failure of your system.
I have contacted the reliance customer care and also with their appelette authority many times. But what they are doing is impossible to understand. Was this information helpful? |
