I have a complaint against reliance communication. They are not sending upc code required for number portability. They are closing their operation but not allowing to port out from rcom. I tried contacting their customer care but this is of no use.
I also tried sending msg to 1900 for getting upc code but after more than 10 time also i am not receiving upc code for porting out. Its really frustrating as i am not receiving my bank transaction messages as well. This may also lead to any fraud transaction, but rcom is really pathetic service provider. They just decided to shut their operation without any thought of customer.
