[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Value Added Services | |||
Reliance is activating some VAS on my phone without any confirmation from me and deducting balance from last 2 month. On calling customer care they are denying to refund it back and not even entertaining my questions. On being asked that I want to speak to some senior person they are telling no one is available and kept my call on hold/mute. No response from customer care side. If no one is available then what is the point of running customer care? Few years back (5-6 years) reliance use to activate some VAS without any intimation to customer and deduct money from there account, have you guys again started the same business of making money?
