[Resolved] Reliance Communications — VAS looting by Reliance Mobile | |||
My prepaid mobile got debited Rs.49 for a VAS TechZone on 24.12.2013, since then I have tried about 10 times to contact the customer service through various numbers such as *333 ( Chargeable at 50p / 3 min for Agent assistance ), 198 (toll free) for any complaint or service request from Reliance phone and 30333333 from landline phone. This is a worst experience I have ever had with any mobile operator. Even after staying for about 30 mins by spending about Rs.30, I could not get hold of any customer service representative, just had to listed that "all our customer service representatives are busy on call...". I tried sending STOP to 155223 to deactivate the VAS pack, but getting message as not subscribed to any VAS pack, this is outrageous. I need to know how to reach your customer service and escalate this matter. If I dont get any response by today, am sure going to lodge a complaint with consumer forum and throw my reliance sim into trash and go with another operator. Was this information helpful? | |||
