Sir/Madam, The video store service of Reliance GSM got activated on my mobile number [protected] without my consent, and they are deducting Re 1 per day. There is no service to deactivate the same, and we have many time raised complaint to the customer care, but every time next time not deducted but every time i was recharge the mobile and charged VAS services . Please deactivate this service as it is increasing more dissatisfaction towards Reliance GSM. Thanking you, Rajesh Kumar Vijayvargiya [protected] &[protected]

problem not solved. again charged Rs. 5/- towards VAS shrfmts stalk pack.please refund urgently on my mobile 9214078881.
