[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Very bad customer service from store | |||
Hi, I bought a Reliance Pro-3 dongle (3G+WiFi) from Reliance Communications store at Pragathi Tele Solution, Yelahanka New Town, Bangalore. However, it was never activated. When I went back to the store to check why it was no activated, The service representative by the name of Satish[protected] told me that there was an issue and instead gave me a temporary dongle (only 3G). He said he would get the problem fixed and asked him to come back and collect the 3G+WiFi dongle within the next couple of days. When I went back after a couple of days, he said it is not ready yet and asked me to call him back. When I call him, he deliberately disconnects the phone. I have heard a lot of complaints from this Reliance store in Yelahanka New Town, Bangalore. A lot of other customers also are facing similar issues. I have paid the price for a 3G+WiFi dongle but still don't have it activated after a week. This is completely not acceptable and his behavior to customers is absolutely unacceptable. I am hoping you can contact the store and resolve the issue.
