Reliance Communications — Very very very very poor service provided by your customer care team | |||||
Hi team, Myself mukesh kumar My reliance postpaid mobile number is [protected] It's very bad experience with reliance care. On last 6th april evening 4 o'clock i called reliance customer care regarding my bill plan change. As communicated with customer care executive they told me that my bill plan has been changed with my billing cycle. My bill plan was 499 And i requested to change it with 125 plan. After that i didn't call to customer care but when my bill generated i was surprised that my bill was come with 499 plan. It was very cheap #ing service you are providing. After that i called to customer care then i talked to miss priyanka after that to pankaj and after that bhavesh on same call. I've recording of that call also. Recording of that call is attached with mail for your more information. Pfa. Tell me one thing why should i pay my bill as per 499 plan. Give me one genuine reason after that i'll pay bill. Your customer care team unable to resolve my issue. Am totally frustrated jua bcz of your services. Am also from bpo industry, so i know better how's this experience. If this issue will not resolve at your end i'll go to consumer court against this And i've all call recording as evidence. So took it on high priority and resolve asap.
