Reliance Communications — why do you sent bill for my mts number that did not work and no more customer care from either side

Sir,
I was customer for mts postpaid connection number [protected].
Suddenly by a single sms it was transferred to rcom with giving a chance or asking my opinion whether to continue the service r not.
Also i did not receive any internet service from that provide mts-mblaze dongle.
I don't why i received bill for last month. Pls disconnect my account immediately.
