My wipod is not working for the past one month. I contacted 4 reliance mobile stores in hyderabad. They could not do. I got he bill for rs.295/ (From aug8-sept9). Really fedup in contacting customer care personnel. Finally it says"due to unavaoidable circumstances, could not complete"etc and some nonsense. So i want to terminate the service from nowplease let me know what to do". Very hope less customer service-. I do not want any more to be spent. Please terminate immediately. No proper reply from customer care. When see the complaints about 4g, abundant complaints. Repeated billings etc Was this information helpful? | |||

When we call you should facilitatae your customer care representative to answer.finally the message comes"DUE to unavoidable circumstances we could not complete the call:.This has been the case for the past one month.This is some what cheating and wants to avoid to speak customers.
