Recently I bought reliance wipod as they said 40 gb per month for 999 plan, as i used it for 20 days only after that 24 gb consumption my speed went too slow. when i contacted the customer center, they keep on saying about the problem with the modem and when I checked with other area it was working fine. Poor customer support online as well as offline. We dont have any option to take our issue to the above level of supporting team, we have to deal with poor less knowledge people and they wil blab something and close ur issue, so better check with other customer service review before choosing any data plans. In medavakkam, chennai area dont buy reliance wipod, else u will end up loosing huge money. i am also attaching the no. of issue was closed without any steps to resolve it.
