My No:[protected] I have bought this device recently spending rs.1600 just two months ago. And now i am forced to buy another one as the upgradation of 4G. why cant you provide a free dongle for the existing customers.? why should customer bear the divice cost again? is there a possibility to get it reimburced..? none of your store excecutives are equiped to answer any question raised by customers. pls let me know how do i get reimbursed?. or canceling Reliance is the best idea.?pls suggest.
