[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Wi-Pod | |||||
I had taken reliance wi-pod connection last December, 2015. My wi-pod was not getting connected to internet from last two weeks.When I went to one of the reliance com. outlets, came to know that they have stopped all the CDMA services and now only 4G exist.Now I cannot use my old Wi-pod and only thing possible is to buy a new 4G Wifi-dongle which costs around Rs.2800 and that too for just 2GB of data i need to pay 450 + tax monthly.Earlier I was getting 10 GB Hi-speed data for Rs.600.Now they are telling I need to pay Rs.1800 for getting this plan. This is highly irritating for customers like me. They told I can terminate the connection If I am not interested. That also is not possible because we dont even get connected to their customer service to address this issue. Very poor service.Help me to get out of this problem, please. And please dont use Reliance wi-pod or gsm connection hereby. Their network and service is very very poor!! Was this information helpful? | |||||
