I have requested for connection termination of my reliance WiPod and also submitted the necessary documents for the same in reliance store located at Naupada, Thane on 26th Nov'16 and asked for bill payment but store manager said we can not terminate the connection. This can be done only through company and customer care executive will be calling you for this per se but still i have not received any call from them.
I have connected with Reliance Store to check the status of the connection still it was not terminate dnad when asked for bill payment, store executive themself said if you pay the bill it will again become active hence pay the bill only when status show terminated however still that connection is not terminated and did not get any call from Reliance Customer Care for termination of connection and final bill.
