Bill inspite of safe custody and no disconnection I have received a bill of 1065 for a device with reliance no. [protected] for period of 18-Feb-2016 to 17-Mar-2016 On 22 Nov 2015 I had called to your customer care and asked for discontinuing of services totally as I had takeen another connection. Your customer care agent had said that I need to keep in safe custody which will be 3 months and after 3 months if I dont activate the services will be discontinued permanently. Now how can you send me this bill. How can you activate without my permission and send me a bill. Is this a scam to cheat people of their money. Is it that you dont want to close the connection and keep minting money from me. In that case I will not be paying a single penny and if you do not resolve this scam method of sending bills to discontinued connections then I will have to take up the matter with DoT and consumer court. I hope that you stop harassing customers for saving your business unethically Was this information helpful? | |
