[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Without permission activated service and not refunding the amount in my account

I have not activated any service but you activated and deducted my amount and I complain to Mr.prince Kumar one of your service representative he used abuses language and said that he will no refund the amount where ever I complain
Kindly refund my amount.I have called in your customer care number and one of your executive tod me that by mistake the service activated we will deactivate and refund to you in your account but not refunded it
