Mar 02, 2016 ConsumerComplaints.in Admin's response Greetings.We believe you're referring to https://www.consumercomplaints.inreliance-communications-network-c1236183 "Complaint marked as Resolved Mar 1, 2016 Dear Sir, Still my complaint[protected] is not resolvsed and your executive mark my complaint as resolved, so is this a service you are proving to the customers if any step is not taken against my complaint i wil go to consumer forum" Nobody marked complaint as "resolved" asides from yourself, as nobody but https://www.consumercomplaints.in administrators and authors of complaints have access to mark complaints as resolved. Companies cannot mark complaints as "resolved" and as per our records nobody from our staff marked it as "resolved". We assume you've confused "update" with "resolved". We kindly advise to read what you're doing/clicking before actually doing/clicking it. Kind regards. | |||||
