[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Worst customer care behaviour | |||||
Iam using relaince gsm no. [protected]... today (2/4/2016} rs 7 has been deducted from my account . So i called the customer care 198... around 3:15 pm a man venkat took the call and said that this is not the conserned dpt .i will transer the call to the dpt u need... i too waited in the call and the call has been ended...after 5 mins i called again a lady took the call and she was talking rudely and she is not intrested to here wat iam saying... she said i will transer the call to ivr and without getting any permision from me she ended the call... What reliance is thinking... Iam i a fool .. Iam going to break the sim.. If this continuos then there will nt be any customer for reliance... Already there servies is down... Then they should close the company... I need my money back in 1 day... And they should dismiss those customer care person.. Was this information helpful? | |||||
