Hi guys,
Congratulation again your services disappointed me a lot. Your internet services is not working from 2 days. Yesterday (14/05/2016) when my data balance was 667mb, despite of that i was unable to access the internet. Then i called to customer care number. They replied due to some technical problem i will not be able to access the internet connection for one day. And also they assured me today (15/05/16) i will be able to use internet. Now still i am unable to access the internet. And also i have lost my 667mb data balance.
I just want to ask you a question, if your services was bared for a day then how i lost my data balance. Today i called to your customer care number, they were replying that i used my total 667mb data balance in a day. Boss your services was not working from a day. And you are saying that i used my 667mb balance. Its like without having electricity connection i am getting bill of 5000/-. Boss think logically about that. And provide me solution for this problem. Really guys your services is very worst. During the conversation with your customer service officer, they requested me to talk their senior executive. It has been 30 minutes and now one responding. They putted my call on hold. What the you guys are doing.
You need to improve your customer care service. And also your software through which i ahve charged 667mb data without using it.
