[Resolved] Reliance Communications — worst deduction balance and customer care not resolving my issue | |||
Hello I am Sunil Kumar Sharma i am fetching your unnecessary deduction main balance amount on my number last 2 day before i send mail to your. but today already deduction Rs 20 on my balance. I want this money to be refund immediately as it is cut without any reason. My Contact no = [protected].. I could not be connect customer care. Network busy error show on customer care. and last mail balance refund immediately... hello Sir/Madam, I am suffering your network tower and unnecessary deduction amount in my Number.. I am using your 3g network your 3g network is very poor compare to other network last two time my number have deduction 90 + 21 rs amount. I have tried calling several time your customer care 198 and facing same issue server error. I want this money to be refund as it is cut without any reason. My Contact no = [protected]...
