[Resolved] Reliance Communications — worst internet connectivity | |||
Hi dignities, I am a customer of reliance communication with the contact number [protected] (4 g network). Since my purchase, i had faced the trouble of network and internet connectivity several times but still the same problem is persisting after upgrading to the 4g network too from the 3g. Rather than that i am paying full amount of bill every month. I just want to ask you people, that if you are able to resolve the same then you can convey or we can go to any other network. Either just get the same resolved or i am not going to pay the bill amount for the upcoming month. Was this information helpful? | |||

Have interacted with your team several times and every time they used to answer the same thing as they were facing technical issue in the server so they can't check the issue. And the same answer is given to me at several instant of time.
Last night also, I have interacted with Mr. Deepak and Supervisor Sanjeev sharma too. And the whole discussion was in vain as the same answer was there that they are facing some technical issues.
I can't understand since how many days they are facing technical issues and how long it will take to resolve.
