[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Worst Services & fake promises | |||||
Dear Sir, I would like to inform you that your local team members are cheating a lot with customers as I’m suffering a lot since very long . I had tried so many times to contact with your local team but no one is bothered to resolved my concern, only they are asking for payment . They don’t take customers pain, as you will check I’m not using services 3-4 month back due to SIM missed at home . I have received the mails regarding the bill & reverted to your local team but they never entertain the my reverts . After that I got a notice mail which is totally wrong as issue with your team, however I had discussed with your team member Mr. Nitin Soni as per notice mail & made the payment as he had confirmed for pay the 1600 Rs. rest he will waiver but rest amount hasn’t waiver, I again contacted him but could not be connected . Also I had received a call from your Chandigarh Number & request for SIM delivery at my home address but its still pending . After that I had received so many calls from Number –[protected] which is belongs to your local collection vendor & I have spoken with, Shivani, Annu, Riya (two, one is tecaller & 2nd one TL) . I have informed to all of them for my concern but every next day I receive the call from new person from same number & when I ask to speak with senior than they disconnect the call . I m looking for support from your side if possible otherwise I have to switch to other operator, I m also employee in service industries since 10 years but its really very bad exp I have ever . Asked to someone for call me who can listen my problem & take strict action on this as I m suffering a lot Few mails for your reference .
