My complain is, I m having unlimited local and std plan, although I m charged 20p per minute, according to my previous plan, so I requested ur customer care executive to deactivate my all plans except the unlimited std and local plan and data balance, but I am not getting any solution after waiting 2 days, and I am unable to speak customer care executive by dialing 198 or *333 . so I did live chat . but didn't get any result. So kindly solve my problem .other wise I will go to consumer court, it is not a threatening . it is what I m going to do, if I won't get any reply or solution . thanking u Anshuman Gupta Was this information helpful? |
