I have recharged my Reliance CDMA mobile with Rs. 111, my available balance was 110.57(Rs.36.48 core +Rs. 74.09 promo) after making a call for 00:01:07 charging Rs. 2/- it shows main balance Rs.37.48. The problem is I can not reach any customer care executive whom I can communicate to resolve the matter. I can not give my personal number anywhere. I tried to call customer care in *333 or 198 but there were no option to go directly to customer care. It is very much disappointing that there is no option so that we can put our grievance. Kindly check the matter and let me know how can I correct my available balance.
