[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Wrong balance deduction | |||||
Regarding mob no [protected], on 31 jan around 11:30 am my balance was 80 rs, and data balance was 398 mb but after about 2 pm, my balance was reduced to 0, also data balance became 0, it means reliance has deducted balance due to unsuf. data although i had sufficient data balance, its details are also attached in this complain as screenshot, refund my money soon Was this information helpful? | |||||
